About Us

Today, I start this platform not as an expert with all the answers, but as a learner — shaped by experience, curiosity, and a deep conviction about what ethical business can be.

When I wrote my first article on Medium about business fraud, it wasn’t an academic exercise or a headline-chasing piece. It came from the guts of an experience that shook me — the realization that unethical behaviour and deception are not just corporate scandals, they are realities faced by individual entrepreneurs and small business owners every day.
I found that truth in the stories of others I spoke with — peers, partners, founders — each with their own version of betrayal, misrepresentation, or lost trust. Their experiences weren’t written about in financial press or public reports, yet they carried lessons of discerning character, protecting trust, and learning through adversity.
ArjavaDristi — Integrity & Clear Vision — exists because I refuse to accept the notion that success in business must be built on dishonesty, manipulation, or harm. I refuse the belief that ambition and character are opposing forces. Instead, I believe — with the calm resolve of a student of life — that clarity of vision and steadfast integrity are the pillars of meaningful success.
In the Stoic tradition, we are reminded that we cannot control others’ actions — only our own judgments and responses. What we cannot control, we observe. What we can control, we refine. And through this refinement of perception and character, we build strength that no deceit can undo.

Here, I share:

  • My own reflections from lived experience, not polished theory.
  • Stories from other entrepreneurs who have walked through their own storms.
  • Lessons we can carry forward — not to warn in fear, but to prepare with clarity.

This journey is not about pointing fingers. It’s about training ourselves to see clearly, to discern patterns, and to act with unwavering integrity — not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s hard.

I write as a student. And in learning, I hope we all become wiser together.
